Ziv Riezman has defined back at 1998, the need for a Holistic CRM suite that will capture the organization’s management concept and culture and forge them into the CRM processes to ensure smooth acceptation by the organization’s employees and partners. This concept was innovative at that time as well as today. It was a 1800 turn from the traditional CRM systems that have forced the organization to painfully adopt a pre defined set of processes that have very little to do with what the organization needed than and still need today. Based on this understanding and backed by his vast knowledge and experience in big databases as well as CRM consultant and integrator, Ziv has characterized the architecture of his vision, the CEMax CRM Suite and is leading CEMax since then.
